“Fun Taipei” is published quarterly, in four editions – Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean – assisting local and international visitors to Taipei with a rich diversity of travel information that is timely, accurate, and convenient.


The booklet is divided into the following sections:

“In Love with Taipei” introduces Taipei’s distinctive neighborhoods, attractions, shops, best foods, and more.


“Lane/Alley Walking Tour” introduces visitors to the distinctive cultures found in the city’s lane/alley grids, most pronounced in the specialty shops.

“MRT – No Better Way to Play” showcases attractions and shops along the city’s metro lines, in specially designed tours.

“Bicycle Wandering” is focused on the city’s network of omnipresent YouBike rental stations, providing bicycles that can be used as a straightforward means of transportation and for leisurely touring of lane/alley neighborhoods.

“Good Food, Good Times” gives you a deep taste of “food capital” Taipei. Good eating is an indispensable element of quality travel, and in each issue we serve up the best of the Taipei gourmet/gourmand season.

“Best Travel Companions” introduces Taiwan’s best specialty cultural-creative goods, cakes and pastries, dried fruits and vegetables, teas, and other souvenir choices.

“Leisure & Arts Taipei” introduces Taipei’s hottest and most important public events, including arts and culture performances and exhibitions, which showcase this city’s unique cultural vitality.
